Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@araa.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Araa, we celebrate the artistry of our skilled Indian artisans, who pour their heart and soul into every handcrafted piece. Slight variations or imperfections are a testament to the handmade nature of our creations, adding a distinctive charm and making each item truly unique.

Araa does not accept returns or provide refunds on products once sold. However, we do accommodate exchanges under specific conditions and offer credit notes when necessary.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only under the following circumstances:

  1. The product was damaged during shipping.

  2. The product delivered does not match the order placed.

To initiate an exchange, please contact Team Araa within 12 hours of delivery at our helpline (                    ) and share a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details. Requests made after this time will not be accepted.

Important Guidelines

  • Prior Confirmation Required: Items returned without prior consent from Team Araa will not be eligible for replacement.


  • Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup facility for select pin codes. If your location is not covered, you are requested to send the damaged product back to us via normal courier within 7 days of receiving it.


  • We will reimburse the shipping cost up to INR 100.


  • Replacements: Once the damaged product is received at our center, a replacement will be dispatched and delivered within 5 working days for domestic orders. If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note/coupon.

Credit Note Details

  • Credit notes do not have an expiry date.

  • Credit notes are non-refundable and can only be redeemed against Aadyaa’s products.

  • In case of inventory mismatches for prepaid orders, the buyer may choose from the following options:

    • Exchange the product for another of the same value.

    • Request a credit note for future purchases.

    • Opt for a full refund of the amount paid via the original payment mode.

Limitations

Araa will not offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

  • Jewelry damaged during trials or improper handling post-purchase.

  • Pre-orders or customized products.

  • Minor variations in color/design due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of the items.

Notes on Delivery & Damages

  • Delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Araa

  • In case of a failed delivery (3 attempts), refunds will not be provided.
