At Araa, we offer free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹1999/-. Once your order is confirmed, it is dispatched within 24 -48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your Araa jewelry will typically reach you within 8–14 business days, depending on your location. For metro cities, delivery may be faster. Please note, during festive seasons or promotional sales, slight delays may occur.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products once sold. However, we do accommodate exchanges under the conditions:

• That the product was damaged during shipping.
• The product delivered does not match the order placed
